Job summary

Springcreek Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/CENA) to join our care team in Adrian, MI. We offer a new wage scale with pay up to $23.15 per hour based on experience and provide additional incentives to support your commitment to resident care.

Full-Time Sign-On Bonuses are available on every shift, with the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM) featuring a $6,000 sign-on bonus and a $2.00/hour shift differential plus premium pay. Daily pay is also available.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA/CNA) certification required.
• Successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.

Responsibilities
