The Village at Summerville, part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents and help create a warm, homelike environment. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, document care details, and collaborate closely with nurses, families, and the care team.

Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years of CNA experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and your care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend & holiday availability required.
