Job summary

The Village at Summerville, part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on daily living support, follow care plans, and help create a warm, home-like environment for residents. You’ll work closely with nurses and families to monitor health and comfort.

Qualifications

CNA certification required; CPR certification preferred.
Strong patient-care and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing and care teams.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
Create a warm, home-like environment.
Monitor and report changes in resident health.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant living space (DHEC).
Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team.
Maintain documentation and safety standards.
Weekend & holiday availability required.
