• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Support residents in participating in activities and social programs to promote engagement and well‑being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.
• Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering trust and comfort.
