OPCO Skilled Management's Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our night shift team. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and report changes to licensed nurses in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

You will work with a caring team to implement individualized care plans and help residents maintain dignity and comfort during their stay, while contributing to quality improvement

Qualifikationen

• Excellent observational and communication skills
• Ability to work nights
