Southwest Nursing Center in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 2PM-10PM shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to residents, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with nurses to implement care plans, maintain accurate records, assist with transfers and mobility, and participate in ongoing training to stay current
