Job summary

Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a 10pm-6am shift. You will provide direct patient care under licensed nurses and support daily living activities, with emphasis on resident dignity.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans, maintain records, and participate in quality improvement to improve the resident experience. A caring team atmosphere and opportunities for growth are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience for residents
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient satisfaction, dignity, and respect in all interactions
