Job Description

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs during your shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene, including denture care, at various times of the day.
• Complete patient care records accurately at the end of each shift, including I&O documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant registered in the DFS registry.
• Genuine concern for geriatric patient welfare and willingness to care for them.
• Ability to understand and follow orders, and attend required training and staff meetings.
