Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) across Delaware. This position offers flexible hours, a new hourly rate of $16.75, and opportunities for daily pay, mileage pay, and 401k options.

CNAs can work up to 30 hours or more per week and newly graduated students are welcome to apply. As part of the team, CNAs follow care plans, assist with personal care, perform routine house cleaning, and report changes in a client’s condition.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, a CNA must observe and report any changes in client's condition
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider

Education
