Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Delaware is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in their own homes. CNAs will follow care plans, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and report changes to the health care team.

Flexible hours and steady employment are offered, with daily pay options for select positions. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED or related experience, pass background checks, and are encouraged to apply promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• Observe and report changes in client's condition as part of the Health Care Team
• Promote the company image as the leading home care provider

Employment is steady and hours can be flexible to accommodate school, personal or family needs. With the recent growth of our office, CNAs are able to work up to 30 hours or more a week. Newly graduated students are welcome to apply!
