Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Delaware is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care for seniors and people with disabilities so they can live independently at home. CNAs follow care plans, assist with personal care, and monitor clients' conditions.

We offer flexible scheduling, up to 30 hours per week or more, daily pay for select positions, travel/mileage pay, vacation pay, 401k options, and weekly direct deposit. Orientation is immediate and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in in-home care is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition as part of the health care team.
• Promote the company image as the leading home care provider.
