Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our luxury assisted living and memory care community in Warrington Township. We offer full-time and part-time shifts with starting wages at $20 per hour, higher pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of caregiving or CNA experience preferred.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs.
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Help create a safe, engaging, and home-like environment.
