• We are paying an $1,800 signing bonus for full-time employees, paid in quarterly installments upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period

Job Responsibilities:

1. Promote resident hygiene and comfort
2. Distribute food and water; feed residents
3. Assist with repositioning and transferring residents
4. Ambulate and transport residents
5. Record fluid intake and output
6. Weigh residents
7. Document on flow sheets
8. Assist with admission, discharge, and postmortem care
9. Respond promptly to call lights
10. Perform perineal and uncomplicated colostomy care
11. Report observations and assessments to the team
12. Take and record vital signs
13. Make beds and maintain resident units
14. Prepare rooms for housekeeping after discharge

Skill and Experience Requirements:

• Current NY CNA Certification
• Previous Long Term Care experience is a plus
