BrightStar Care of Greater Waukesha and Lake Country is hiring a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients in their homes across Waukesha County and Lake Country. The role offers flexible shifts and the chance to make a direct impact on quality of life.

You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and monitor patient changes for the supervising nurse. A Wisconsin CNA certification and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
• Ability to work around pets (preferred).
• Auto insurance and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Experience in home health or caregiving strongly (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in the home setting.

Responsabilidades

Position Summary

Here at BrightStar Care of Greater Waukesha and Lake Country, we are seeking a dedicated Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health team. This role provides essential hands-on support to patients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, independence, and safety. Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
