BrightStar Care of South Central WI is hiring in-home CNAs to provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients in their homes. Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available, with a focus on safety and independence.

You’ll follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and light housekeeping. BrightStar offers paid training, ongoing education, and career growth within a nurse-supported care team.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide light housekeeping and linen changes.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide transportation or assist with errands and appointments when needed.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
• Follow the client's plan of care and procedures.
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
