BrightStar Care of Greater Waukesha and Lake Country is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our home health team, delivering hands-on nursing in patients' homes and promoting comfort, independence, and safety.

Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time shifts are available with pay ranging from $40 to $45 per hour. We offer mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits to support caring professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience providing trach and respiratory care with precision and safety.
• Ventilator experience (preferred).
• Infusions experience (preferred).
• Current unencumbered RN license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (Preferred).
• Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Minimum one year of documented experience in home health, primary care, or health facility.
• Strong nursing assessment, analytic thinking, and clinical skills.
• Licensed driver with valid auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care according to care plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Document all care accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards
