The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs resident care duties, activities of daily living, and related tasks under the supervision of a nurse and nurse manager. Promotes independence and comfort for residents by providing individualized care in collaboration with co-workers, residents, and families. Supports and promotes resident strengths, abilities, social contribution, values, preferences, habits, and autonomy of choice.
