Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered care to residents under the supervision of the clinical team.

Starting compensation is $17.01 per hour, commensurate with experience. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, PTO, 401(k) with match, and growth opportunities through education and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner.

How you will make an impact

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
