Job summary

WeCare Centers at Avalon Springs Care Center in Mercer, PA is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our team. Full-time staff are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

The CNA will provide compassionate care, assist residents with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities include resident observation, report of health concerns to the supervising nurse, hygiene assistance, feeding and documentation, and mobility support.

Qualifications

• PA CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, reliable care provider with patient-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assist with daily activities.
• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Maintain residents' hygiene and personal care.
• Assist with feeding and document intake.
• Transport and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Create a caring and supportive atmosphere for residents and families.
• Follow clinical care directions as directed.

Job Duties

• Resident observation.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintaining resident’s personal hygiene, including but not limited to bed bath, shaving, ect.
• Feeding of residents and documenting intake.
• Making resident beds and ensuring resident space is clean and tidy.Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and family members.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Qualifications
