Job summary

WeCare Centers at Avalon Springs Care Center, located at 745 Greenville Road, Mercer, PA, 16137, is actively seeking dedicated CNAs to our growing team. We are looking for 2nd shift FT with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for PT and $2,500 for FT. We value teamwork, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Resident observation and reporting health issues to supervising nurse.
• Maintain residents' personal hygiene and daily care.
• Assist with feeding and document intake.
• Make beds and keep resident areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring atmosphere for residents and families.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Job Duties

• Resident observation.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintaining resident's personal hygiene, including but not limited to bed bath, shaving, ect.
• Feeding of residents and documenting intake.
• Making resident beds and ensuring resident space is clean and tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and family members.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Qualifications
