Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents to maintain independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ambulation as needed.
• Provide reminders and assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
• Engage residents in social activities and meaningful interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse or supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call systems.

What You’ll Do:
