Now Hiring - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - (Montgomery County Area, PA)

Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5PM

This Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Provides or assists in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
2. Provides assistance in toileting; positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient.
3. Assists with prescribed exercise and ROM activities as taught by the Hospice Nurse.
4. Assists with light housekeeping of the patient's personal space, including changing bed linens and laundry.
5. Feeds and assists with meals.
6. Obtains temperature, pulse, and respirations under supervision.
7. Reports changes in patient’s condition to the Hospice Nurse and documents accordingly.
8. Assists or reminds the patient to take medication, in compliance with regulations.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Professional Experience:

1. Must have a State Certified CNA license
2. Experience in hospice or home health preferred
3. No experience necessary but 1 year preferred
4. Willing to travel
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
