BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Nurses Aide, CNA for a per-diem opportunity to complete hospice visits to clients located throughout COUNTY. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care, enabling clients to remain at home.

A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Be listed on the PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing
• Demonstrate effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Complete a criminal background check
• Meet all state requirements
• Enjoy working as part of a caring team and company values

Job Responsibilities include:

• Activities of daily living assistance
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Range of motion exercises
• Transfers and use of mechanical lifts
• Oral feeding and vital sign checks
• Home management tasks such as laundry, meal prep, bed making
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
