Lillian Carter Health Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality care to residents. This role focuses on direct patient care under supervision, with emphasis on daily living activities and compassionate support.

We value strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work closely with nursing staff to ensure residents' comfort and safety.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
• Active CNA certification in good standing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
• Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans
