Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring CNAs. Full-time nights come with a $2,500 sign-on bonus; internal referrals for night shifts also earn a $1,500 bonus. Both full-time and part-time night positions available in Pompton Plains, NJ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans while providing comfort and companionship
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
