Job summary

Caring Hospice Services is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to support patients in home and facility settings. The role requires reliable transportation and travel to patients in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, and mobility needs, while maintaining safety and infection control standards. Signing bonus is offered to new team members.

Qualifications

• Certification as Hospice Aide or CNA is required.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and office procedures.
• Experience providing patient care in various settings is preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs.
• Strong communication with patients and families is essential.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift/move patients safely.
• Reliable car required.

This is a mobile position in the field. The position requires a reliable vehicle and travel to patients in facilities in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
