Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified CNAs for staffing engagements when openings arise.

We are talking with Certified Nursing Assistants in Palm Springs, South California,and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so we can match you to the right facility when needs arise.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Kentucky or Indiana CNA certification
