Job summary

Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Health & Rehab Center team in Oxford, NC.

CNAs will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting their independence and daily living activities. As part of the nursing team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care, monitor residents’ health, and engage them in activities that promote well-being.

Qualifications

  • Active certification as a CNA in state of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized resident care following each resident’s care plan.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
  • Assist with mealtime activities including feeding as needed.
  • Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.
  • Monitor health status and vital signs, report changes to the nurse.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment.
  • Perform other duties to deliver exceptional resident care.

What you'll do
  • Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
  • Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
  • Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
  • Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
What you need
