Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Tallgrass Creek in Overland Park, Kansas. In this role, you'll support residents' physical, emotional, and clinical needs while assisting with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of CNA/GNA experience and current state certification. Compensation: Starting at $17.01/hour, Commensurate with experience

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
