Great new career opportunity in hospice! Now hiring for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position in Overland Park, KS.

Hours: M-F 08:30AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nails.
2. Help with toileting, positioning, transfers, and turning of bed-bound residents/patients.
3. Support prescribed exercises and ROM activities as instructed by the Hospice Nurse.
4. Perform light housekeeping in the patient's room, including changing bed linens and laundry.
5. Assist with feeding and meals.
6. Record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respirations under supervision.
7. Report changes in patient condition to the Hospice Nurse and document appropriately.
8. Remind or assist patients with medication adherence, complying with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid State Certified CNA license.
• Experience in hospice or home health preferred; at least 1 year is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
