Job Summary

Nu Roc Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide basic patient care under the direction of our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of independence and dignity for our residents. Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including changing linens, transferring, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
• Support the development of individualized care plans for each resident
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Demonstrate a commitment to our core values of dignity, kindness, individuality, and excellence
