We are seeking a full-time CNA to work AM, PM, and NOC shifts, with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and supportive care environment.
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living, and mobility and transfers
Assist with medication administration, treatment implementation, and wound care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and observations
Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, therapy, and social work, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients, families, and colleagues
