Job summary

North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and report changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA license in good standing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for working with the aging population.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
