What We're Looking For

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or State Trained Nursing Assistant per state regulations
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification as per state regulations
• Attend in-service training and maintain continuing education hours if required
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s and related dementias is preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
