What We’re Looking For

Requirements

Education, Training, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide Certification or completion of an approved training program, eligible to test, certified within 4 months of hire.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Punctuality and good attendance.
• Ability to maintain a safe environment.
• Ability to transport residents and equipment as needed.
