Job Description

• Shift Information in Skilled Nursing:
• Full-Time hours total 40 hours per week
• 12 hour shifts for Night Shifts with rotating weekends
• 8 hour shifts for Day and Evening shifts with rotating weekends
• Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am
  

Shift Information In Assisted Living

• Full-Time hours total 40 hours per week
• 8 hour shifts with rotating weekends
• Evening Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

In This Role The Certified Nursing Assistant Will

• Report directly to the nurse manager, may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff.
• Provide direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assist residents with basic personal care including bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toilet activities, grooming, feeding, transportation/transfer, etc., according to procedures and daily assignments.
• Maintain resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner.
• Assist with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and stored properly.
• Notify supervisor of clothing needs as they occur.
• Prepare residents for meals, assist with serving and feeding.
• May be cross-trained in Assisted Living.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
