About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Spring Creek Rehab, your duties will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks such as vital sign monitoring, medication reminders, and assistance with daily living activities
• Assist with mealtime, including setting tables, serving, and cleaning up
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to care planning
• Keep accurate records of resident care and activities
• Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive care to our residents

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Kentucky
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred, but not required
