Job summary

Arabella Health & Wellness of Montgomery is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will assist residents with baths, grooming, feeding, and daily activities, while maintaining dignity and respect in every interaction.

This role emphasizes turning and repositioning bedridden residents, monitoring vital signs, recording intake and output, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare software.

Responsibilities

• As a CNA, assist residents with baths, grooming, feeding, and daily activities.
• Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden and monitor safety.
• Take residents' vital signs and record fluid and meal intake/output.
• Maintain department policies and quality assurance objectives.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of dignity, respect, and warmth for residents.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF a Certified Nurses Aid (CNA)

As a Certified Nurses Aid at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. You are committed to the highest level of care responsible for the delivery of resident care (baths, personal grooming, feeding) Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden, taking residents vital signs and recording fluid and meal intake and output. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety. Strives to incorporate the facility's goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for all our resident's dignity. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents.
