Job summary

St. Ann Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers PM or NOC shift options with rotating weekends and holidays to meet staffing needs.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain a clean environment, and provide compassionate care under nursing supervision. Active Wisconsin CNA licensure or certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Wisconsin CNA license or certification.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Reliable and professional with a focus on aging population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (grooming, feeding, mobility).
• Change linens and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you’ll work under the direction of nursing staff to provide compassionate care to our residents. Responsibilities include but not limited too:

• Assisting with daily living activities (grooming, feeding, transporting, etc.)

• Changing linens and maintaining a clean environment

• Supporting residents with dignity and respect

Requirements:

• Active CNA license in theState of Wisconsin(in good standing)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A heart for working with the aging population
