Job summary

Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our resident-focused care team. You will provide patient care under nursing staff, including activities like changing linens, transferring, feeding, and grooming.

Shifts are 8 hours, with overtime after 8 hours, and there is no PRN availability at this time. We value compassion, teamwork, and quality care for our aging residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin and in good standing.
• Great customer service skills
• Passion to work with the aging population
• Great communications skills
• Able to work rotating weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff.
• Change linens and assist with transfers, transport, feeding, and grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

The Certified Nursing Assistants provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff. Duties include, but are not limited to changing linen, transferring, transporting, feeding and grooming patients.
