Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) licensed through the Virginia Board of Nursing to join our home care team. You will provide patient-centered care and work independently in clients’ homes.

The ideal candidate has a VA CNA license, 2–3 years of caregiving experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Active CNA license in Virginia.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care services to clients per care plans.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility.
• Monitor and report changes to supervising nurse or care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of provided care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, supportive client environment.
• Follow state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team.

Position Overview

Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are currently licensed through the Board of Nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care, and the ability to work independently in a home care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care services to clients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients
• Follow all state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing (Required)
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience (Required)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
