Job summary

La Crosse County is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents at our Long-Term Care Campuses in a resident-centered environment. You will participate in daily tasks that promote dignity, safety, and quality of life for residents in our care.

Join a dedicated team and help with meals, mobility, hygiene, and routine care. You will follow care plans, document changes, and uphold residents'' rights. This role requires 16+ years, physical stamina, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

  • Must be 16+ years old.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
  • Able to lift, push, pull, and be on your feet.
  • Valid driver's license if transporting residents.
  • Ability to pass background requirements.
