Job Description : As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our residents. We are seeking skilled and dependable individuals with a proven track record of longevity in their roles, displaying a strong commitment to patient well-being and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities :

• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly and efficiently.
• Tend to patients' personal hygiene needs with dignity and compassion.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are respected.
• Admit residents and provide support in the adjustment of new residents to the facility.
• Address patient needs as they arise, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Requirements :

• Valid state CNA license(s).
• Proven longevity in previous roles.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating self-initiative.
• Reliable transportation to and from Atrium Health & Rehabilitation.
