Work Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

As an academic medical center, UH serves as the primary teaching institution for the UMKC Schools of Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, and Pharmacy. Job Description: Provides personal, comfort, and supportive care to patients as assigned by licensed personnel. Responsible for collecting and documenting patient data according to standards, and maintaining a safe, clean environment through proper inspections and techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (for employees hired beginning May 1, 2006)
  • Successful completion of a state-approved training program leading to technician status, including competency and skills testing
  • Currently listed in good standing on the Missouri registry
  • Ability to read and complete documentation legibly, in accordance with regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current CPR Certification
