William Penn Care Center in Jeannette, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time and part-time roles on all shifts. Competitive pay based on experience with a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid bi-weekly is offered.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable with a positive, resident-first attitude.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Safely transfer and reposition residents.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide exceptional resident care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote each resident's dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
