Job summary

Right at Home Palm Beach is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our caregiving team in Lake Worth, FL. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support patients in their homes with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist with daily living (hygiene, ambulation, dressing).
• Prepares meals, assists with errands or medical appointments.
• Performs housekeeping such as cleaning and laundry.
• Provides hospice supportive care and medication reminders.
• Uses gait belts and lifting equipment for transfers when needed.

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

  • Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
  
  
  • Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
  
  
  
  


• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom


• Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):


• Providing hospice supportive care

  • Assisting with exercises
  
  
  • Incontinence care
  
  
  • Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
  
  
  
  

Preferred Experience in:

Requirements:
