Haven on the River in Grayville, Illinois is seeking dependable CNAs to join our nursing team. We offer full-time stability or part-time flexibility with scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, allowing you to make a meaningful impact every day.

You will work closely with nurses and caregivers to support residents in a long-term care setting, delivering patient-centered care with a focus on teamwork, consistency, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CNA certification required.
• Reliable attendance; willing to work every other weekend.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, resident-first attitude and professionalism.
• Prior long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and repositioning.
• Support meal service, hydration, and resident comfort.
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
• Follow infection prevention and care guidelines.
• Accurately document care and observations.
