Job summary

Evercare of Granite City is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Granite City, Illinois. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Work closely with our nursing staff to implement personalized care plans, document care, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes. Current Illinois CNA certification and a high school diploma are required.
