Juniper Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Gastonia, NC is seeking compassionate CNAs for a part-time role. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team. We offer daily pay access and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Formación

• Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs and accurately document resident care.
• Observe residents for changes in physical or emotional condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support nursing staff in providing high-quality, compassionate care.
