Job summary

Pine Acres Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Lexington, NC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing long-term care team. As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents' well-being, document changes, and support a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate support while encouraging resident independence whenever possible.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with professionalism and compassion.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and comfortable.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.
• Help promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.

What You'll Do
